1. What Batchly is

Batchly is a product by WorkSmart / DeBaun and Co. You upload a TikTok or Instagram analytics export, and Batchly scores your best-performing videos, groups them into content pillars, and writes concepts and scripts you can film from. By creating an account or using Batchly, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless: we email a 6-digit code to the address you provide. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it is how anyone signs into your account. You must be 18 or older to use Batchly.

3. Your data, your content

The analytics export you upload is yours. We do not scrape TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform on your behalf, and we do not sell your data. If you provide your own website address, we fetch it at your request to build your brand profile. The pillars, concepts, and scripts Batchly generates for you are yours to use, edit, and publish however you like.

Batchly uses AI to analyze your export and draft scripts. AI-generated output can be wrong, generic, or need editing. Review anything Batchly writes before you post it. We do not guarantee any particular result, view count, or growth outcome from using Batchly.

4. Subscription and billing

Batchly is a $9.99/month membership, billed automatically to the payment method on file until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account's "Manage subscription" link, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Canceling stops future billing. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not offer refunds or prorated credit for partial months, including if you cancel partway through a billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Batchly to scrape or bulk-export content in a way that violates another platform's terms, to abuse or overload the service, or for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that stop paying for an active subscription.

7. No warranty, limited liability

Batchly is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Batchly is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
