Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and reach you about your account.
• The analytics export you upload (video-level stats and captions from TikTok or Instagram) and the pillars, concepts, and scripts Batchly generates from it.
• Subscription status from Stripe (active, canceled, and similar), not your card number.
• Standard server logs (timestamps, request paths) for debugging and security.

How we use it

To score and analyze the videos in your export, generate your content pillars and scripts, run your account and billing, and send you sign-in codes and service emails. We do not use your data to train AI models beyond generating your own results, and we do not sell your data.

No scraping

Batchly only works with the export file you upload yourself. We never scrape TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform on your behalf.

Your brand profile

If you choose to share your website address, we fetch that one page, once, at your request, to draft a brand profile: how you sound, who you talk to, and what you offer. You review and edit that profile before it is used, you can change or delete it any time from your account page, and we never fetch anything you did not ask us to. This never touches TikTok, Instagram, or any other social platform.

Emails

Beyond sign-in codes and billing emails, Batchly sends a few emails a month to help you actually film what you planned: reminders when scripts are waiting, a note when you finish a batch, and a prompt when it is time for fresh analytics. You can turn these off any time on your account page.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of vendors to run Batchly: Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Anthropic's Claude for analyzing your export and drafting scripts, and Vercel for hosting and our database. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them can use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your uploaded export, analysis, and generated plans as long as your account is active, so you can come back to them. Email us to request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Cookies

Batchly sets one signed session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@worksmartadvisor.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page.
